Wow! What absolutely horrible customer service!!! Employees completely ignored customers at register… for 10 minutes! Finally a new employee clocked in, and he was so friendly and took our order. They should have at least recognized us and told us they were sorry for the delay or something. Just awful.

Freddie was very professional and courteous. He handled a problem from our prior visit promptly and respectfully. Our food was hot and fresh. His energy was amazing. He "understood" the assignment of Leadership! Best service I've received from a McDonald's in a very long time.

Why can't this story ever get my order right? They always mess up the simplest things and it is 10pm on a Sunday. We were literally the only car in drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches. Then I call and the manager hangs up on me.

The staff wears masks. Customers must wear masks. The self serve beverage station is closed and so is the dining area. They do have use of public restrooms.
