I was really unhappy with this Doctor and this Doctor's staff at first but I was also just miserable and in Horrific pain. PM Doctor's can only do so much and have laws they need to follow so we suffer at times and blame the Doctor but Dr Alicja Steiner really does care and has done what she can to take care of my pain. It is not gone completely but I can manage.

The front office staff Natalie was rude. I will not go back, my pain is to high to deal with rude people. Dr Steiner did not listen to my concerns. If you ever go don't deal with Natalie EVER

Great office staff, great doctor. She Listens and is very thorough. Staff is kind and polite. I’ve been to 2 previous pain management doctors that made me feel like running out the door. Dr. Steiners’ practice is by far a better quality of human beings who care about their careers and their patients. I feel welcome and cared for here.

I have been with Dr. Steiner for over 2 yrs... she is a very very good, professional, ethical, very caring of your needs. Dr. Steiner is 1 of 2 Dr.s who dispense medication (controlled medication) for pain in San Diego County (with some research done), there is a lot of pain clinics pain specialist, but they do not dispense opiates like Dr. Steiner does and are very controlled through UAs (urine analysis) or though a mouth swab. Her office staff as well work in a very professional confident way no need to worry about giving your private information.... Very confidential professional staff. I recommend this Dr.. 👍👍👍..
