Dr Palmes is committed to helping me heal and actually feel better. Unlike a few other chiropractic clinics I’ve been to where I feel like I’m just placed on machines and sent on my way, he reassures me and helps guide me to feeling my very best ! Thank you Dr. Palmes!!

Hi... As a local entrepreneur and works, standing all day, my lower back started hurting so bad and i can't walk or stand anymore. So I decided to get a massage thinking it would help(obviously not.. hehe). So i decided to make an appointment with DR. PALMES office and they are very responsive and will give you updates with their availability. It only took us few sessions to fix my back and i was able to go back to work and walk with no hindrance. Highly recommended!

I have had some pain in my shoulder area and decided to came in to see Dr.Palmes. I am have come in for about 15 visits and the difference in the flexibility in the spinal cord and upper back area is significant. I am excited for the improved functionality of my body.

Dr. Palmes is very friendly and helpful. He genuinely seems like he cares about his patients and provides options to improve your condition outside of appointments. Receptionist Norma Jean is also great with communication and follow-ups for patients as well. I received a lot of help and insight regarding my back pain and am really glad I went here!

At Best Life Chiropractic, we work with the body's innate ability to heal itself. By restoring optimal function, the body is capable of healing a number of health issues such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, headaches, migraines, TMJ/jaw pain, numbness and tingling, and dizziness/vertigo. We also work with pregnant women to help balance out the pelvis to better adapt to the stresses of pregnancy, which can help with pain relief and help with the birthing process.
