You can not get ahold of anyone. I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and even went to the office with no follow up. Beyond unprofessional!

I've been trying to reach out to speak with someone at GRID alternatives. Our solar panels need servicing. We need to coordinate a time to have someone come out to the property. We are unable to speak with anyone on the phone. I left a VM asking for someone to return the call. The voice message states that due to COVID there may be delays. However, I would imagine that someone could at least call back to let me know they are working on getting someone lined up. Its been Five Business days. I hope to hear from a rep soon.
