They have their process figured out, very streamlined and easy to understand and follow as a patient. I’ve never seen anything sketchy or felt unsafe. Employees are upbeat and positive especially Ariel and Bianca.

Duke St. Octapharma has the best staff on the planet! Every time I come here I leave with a smile. The people who work here are highly skilled, professional, and kind. The facility is sparkling clean, bright and has a fun atmosphere. The donors I’ve met here are great people too. I’ve expressed to a few of the staff members how I feel and I just want everyone to know that Duke St Octapharma is the best place to go if you want to donate plasma. You won’t find a better group of people than here!

Norma Norma always does a great job here she has a lot about her patience and makes them feel comfortable even when they don't feel comfortable and I've never had an experience where donating what's painful when she was helping me I think that she is a great asset to this organization.

I’ve been going here for 14 years. It’s a great place to donate plasma for some extra cash. Alex is professional and does the job perfect every time. It’s the kind of thing I look out for since someone’s literally sticking a needle in my arm. Last thing I want is someone to miss my veins, which aren’t super easy to find. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and I get in and out in less than 30 minutes. Alex is a sharp shooter.

If you weigh enough (I think 200 lbs +) they give you an additional $50 for the first 5 donations on top of the regular $25 for your first and $40 for your second for the week. After that you get a total of $335/month for giving something your body produces on its own.
As long as you are in before 7:00 PM you are all set (5:30 on your first visit)
You need official government ID (CA or US govt) Proof of residency (recent utility bill or something addressed to you) and your green card or whatever papers you have instead of a social security card, that allow you to legally live and work here. That being said, OctaPharma is the shadiest of all the plasma donation centers (which is saying something,) so I wouldn't be surprised if the other answers are true and they won't ask for anything but ID, BUT technically are are supposed to have the things I described. 😉
Not sure exactly what you mean by the covid program but if you mean by the fact that they take every thing into consideration before they allow donations to occur then yes. A strict screening is required before every donation. What do you mean about the COVID program? Are you asking if you have had covid and you donate is there difference?
Joy they are the same as last month
Systems down. Message posted inside office
Firstly, you barely waited 30 minutes before you decided to admonish those you want an answer from.... Don't do that. Second, call them and find out. Those without Type-O wouldn't know the answer and that's a vast majority of the population.
Proof of address, ID and something with your social security number.
$20 bonus.
I know you can transfer from an out of state octapharma center maybe check on that? Otherwise i don't know. Sorry i couldn't be more help.
Yes. Anytime you return after 6 months or more you have to re-register.
Yes, if you go more than 6 months without donating they make you sign up again
You're first visit will take about 2-3 hrs... after your physical exam , then they will move u to the floor where u will then start donating your plasma... the process usually takes about 40 minutes or less to complete once ur all checked in and vitals taken... good luck and have a nice donation...
Evidently that promotion did not get them more new donors. They have restarted the bonus on the second donation of the week ($75/ month). They keep changing it.
They just lowered pay rates. Don't bother. Go to Biomat or Scantibodies.
It doesn't even matter if you had the tat done last week. They never follow up or double check anything. The management here cuts every corner, they just want the money from selling your blood.
Currently you make $25/ bottle on your first visit of the week then $40 +a $20 bonus for the second donation each week.
1. Social security card or w2 form 2,State ID or license 3. And a prof of address with your name on it.
$25 on your first weekly visit, and $40 if you're over 150lbs. I think it's $20/$35 if you're under 150lbs, and $50 on your very first visit. You also get an extra $75 if you donate 8 times in one calendar month.
Depending on the time of day ( morning is best) 2-4hrs
One piece of mail less than 14 days old a valid ID and a valid Social Security card.
$25 or less depending on weight. Plasma not blood and 2nd time in week $40 again depends on what you weigh
