It doesn't even matter if you had the tat done last week. They never follow up or double check anything. The management here cuts every corner, they just want the money from selling your blood.

As long as the tattoo is over a year old, no problem sticking with ink. If the tattoo is touched up or has anything added onto it. Then have to wait a year from the date the new ink was performed to donate.

Yes, they can stick over ink. And your tattoo is within the time limit of donation which is 12 months
