This SDGE Branch is permanently CLOSED. I received an email that states, "CPUC has authorized SDG&E to permanently close its branch office at 440 Beech St., San Diego (inside the California Coast Credit Union) effective June 30, 2022."

Are the people that work here slow?? There was a power outage last night - no notice, no warning, nothing. What if someone had a life support machine? I bet SDG&E would just cut it off. That's how much they care. Garbage company that deserves to be out of business.

Power was pose to be out from 9-10 am power has been out since 845 am and they said it would be back on by 4p now they are saying 6pm?!?! What about all our food in our refrigeratorrefrigerators. We didnt plan for 12hr power outage. And they won't even talk to you

So rad. I think my customer rep's name was Lani? Working on a Saturday she was super helpful. The My Account online pay was down and since I started getting bills I did Paperless, so I never received an original physical bill with my full account number, which is what I needed to pay my bill on their BillMatrix site. A few option click throughs and I got to Lani, super quick and easy. Great experience.
