Dr. Nwasu and every other physician and staff member we have seen so far here for my adult son with non-verbal autism has been stellar! My son is treated with dignity and our concerns thoroughly addressed. We relocated from AR to CA last year and I am so thankful we did. So impressed with CA attitudes in the healthcare industry so far!

This place is horrible they will shame you for not having a perfect body. Horrible bed side manner and for a PA who talks so much about what people look like I think its funny that she is crossed eyed as all hell. Never coming back and look forward to speaking with medical regarding her services provided and an immediately switching providers because of her car.

Their prenatal care is the worst ! My first pregnancy I always heard a heartbeat and I always received a picture copy of my child it was the best experience ever but since I moved to Temecula I now have to get prenatal care here. This is my second pregnancy and my first ultrasound experience was so bad I went home crying ! I was told that I couldn’t hear a heartbeat because they don’t have a speaker in that room , okay so i understood but then the doctor had the audacity to say but you see its jumping around and moving so theres no question of it being alive right ?!?!? Then as shes finishing up she’s printing out a picture so im thinking oh that must be for me yay ! WRONG ! So I ask can I get a copy of the picture ? She turns around and tells me Oh I don’t give copies , you take a picture of that and thats it . Like excuse me ?!? Last time I checked I’m the one pregnant and that’s MY child . EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Every time I bring my mom here is a long wait, 50 minutes waiting already and everyone got called in but us, they say is because the doctor is running behind. Then my mom says they leave her another long time in the room waiting before the doctor sees her. Be ready to be here for hours. It’s obvious they schedule more people then they should. I dread bringing her to this location.

They unprofessional over there and rude. Reason is they blame the patient all the time when they make mistakes. Every time I go there if I have an appointment at 10:15am they won't see you right away you have to wait an hour before the doctor see you. Basically your appointment is useless the doctor always late. But you get what u paid for Obama care
