Fantastic place. Just a bit pricey but worth it. Even the kids’ grilled cheese was exceptional. Great people work there, too. Thought it would be a passing visit for us since we live so far away so I didn’t join their rewards program. Changed my mind after a few bites. We’ll plan to stop here on future trips down to San Diego.

This restaurant/ shop is beautiful. Friendly service. We came a bit later in the day so I believe the kitchen was closed but the cafe was still open. Lots of neat stuff to purchase here. My friend ordered a matcha iced tea which she and her partner found to be too watery- she only drank half before tossing it. But the maple pecan donut she ordered was delicious. They also purchased a bottle of apertif here :)

This place was amazing can't remember having a better hearty breakfast, it really hard to get good food and coffee at the same time. The wait was pretty long, but for a good reason and it was a Sunday. Amazing staff, food and coffee 😊

We follow the CDC guidelines! Mask up for guests and staff. Seating is currently on our large exterior patio. Tables have been removed for distancing. At our patio bar- stools have been removed for social distancing as well. Sanitizing all doors, counter tops, POS stations are continually done and monitored by management. We ask when using the restrooms- guests mask up from the table walking thru the eatery, and then back to the table. We continue to take a very safe approach even at this juncture a year later; and appreciate everyone for honoring our procedures. Thank you, we love what we do, and sincerely appreciate your patronage!

This is a busy restaurant. Tables are close. Unless, it is a service animal, no. Your dog might be OK outside, on the patio. CA law states the dog may not sit on a table or chair.
