Nice and uncrowded. Just to be clear though their hours are only 8am to 10am everyday. So thats why its uncrowded. Make sure you have your ducks in a row before you go. But it makes for a quick and painless experience!

I called about my services and was hung up on multiple times they need a system step up where if I call to speak with a worker the worker is actually available instead of people having to call back again. This has been going on before the pandemic. Everyone at this place hates their job. I literally had a worker fustrated yelling at me because I was trying to explain something and he was not paying attention to anything I was saying till finally he called a supervisor and my temporary assistance was back working. After all of that it could have been so simple. The phone number for the office was taken off because of high call volume. If you don’t like your job find something else to do. Why do I have to speak with a supervisor to receive my temporary services until I’m finally out of school and in the career I want to be in it’s sad. The service are set up for a reason.
