One of the best experiences I had of customer service! We originally went in there looking for an Ebike for my father as he needed something reliable and electric to go to work in. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful, as well as patient to answer all the questions we had and suggested the bikes that would work best for my dad. He let us test ride them before making any purchase. And he found one that he loved! Not to mention, I fell in love with one too. So instead of just leaving with one bike, we left with two!! Overall I am so happy that we decided to come here, and there is no doubt about it that we will be back… possibly buy a few more! Thank you Ethan and Team, you guys are the best!!

Before I start this, I just wanna give a shout out to the Oceanside store where my wife and I go to try out the E-Bikes we ended up buying. Now then the experience at this store was great! Kurt who helped us was friendly and very knowledgeable about the bikes we wanted. He answered every question and not once was he rude or disrespectful to us. He showed us accessories he thought we might need and did not force them on us. I highly recommend this store for your bicycle needs!!

We walked in looking for a couple of things for our bike. As a person just getting into mountain biking it was great to have Bret talk through the differences and provide customized recommendations. We had a great experience and are excited to use the new gear.

Our Covid saftey practices include- •Cleaning and disinfecting high traffic areas multiple times a day. • All door handles • Credit Card Machines • Computers, keyboards, mouse's and tablets • Bathroom faucets, paper towel machines and toilet handles • Counter Tops • Pens and markers • Work stands and tools • Bike and product that have been test ridden or touched. • Taking team member temperatures every morning. • Team members and guests must wear masks inside the store • Practicing social distancing of 6 feet. • Only allow a maximum of 5 guests in the store at a time. Hi Zahra, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, due to the worldwide shortage of parts and bikes and the high demand, we do not have anything is stock right now that will work. Hi Brody, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not rent bikes. We only have our demo fleet that we let people use during our demo ride events. If a new bike is in your future definitely come out to one of our demo's to test out all the great new bikes. Cheers 😀 🚴
Hi Joe, Thanks for reaching out. We generally do not service or repair recumbents. Therefore we do not have a set price as we do for other bikes. I spoke with our Service Manager who said we can set it up as an hourly charge which is $85 per hour. He does not know how long it will take to build this particular brand of recumbent. Most regular bikes get build within an hour. Ebikes takes about 2 hours and high end mtn bikes takes approx 2.5 hours. Regardless of how long it takes the maximum would be our custom bike build charge which is $250. Hopefully all of this makes sense 😀 🚴. Cheers Mike S.
