The worst customer service, they can sell you the moon but when is time to do warranty is all bs. Came to this one thinking I was going to get better service than the one in Coral Way but little did I know they are competing between them of which is worse. Definitely wouldn’t recommend any of their store here in South Florida. Had an emergency about a year ago, and was serviced at the Turkey Lake location in Orlando. I must say Night and Day, service was great. They have a lot to learn from those stores up north.

I had an appt for 9 AM for new tires + alignment, I got a call an hour before the appt saying that it would take 4+ hours since they are short-staffed. I took the chance and decided to wait it out anyway. Once I got to the shop, they said that they wouldn't be able to do the tire alignment since the mechanic "doesn't know how to"... Now I have to go to another shop, just for the alignment. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

Never left a review before but the experience prompted one, went in to replace 2 tires, got a call 2 hours later saying my battery was dead, my car had an oil change a month ago with full inspection absolutely no battery issues. The guy didn’t even let me say anything about it before he started quoting me on a new battery. They’re literally scammers. Don’t go here.

I am disappointed in this Tire Kingdom. I had two tires replaced and they have damaged my vehicle with improper lifting.
