The foreign lady never understands what I say and I always have to repeat myself multiple times. I’m an extremely patient person but why do I always have to get her 😅? Sometimes I don’t have time to keep repeating myself. 😫😖

I ordered oil through Amazon that USPS was suppose to deliver. They left a note saying "wasn't delivered due to leaking package/damage" but you can pick up at this location. Called this location and through automated system says the package was here and ready for pickup even though it was suppose to be delivered to my address. I make a trip their to pick up package and after talking with 3 staff members proceeded by the manage I get "it's not here, must have been sent back to amazon". Well when and how was I suppose to know that. Now I can't get a refund from Amazon as I don't have the package to send back. You just cost me a bunch of money and I'm not happy about it!

Just spoke with Todd, the Night Manager with the Nagel Branch. I dropped off a package this morning which I should have taken to UPS. I called realizing my mistake and he is taking it to UPS for me! Since time is a issue this is such a HUGE help to me! Thank you for much Todd! Great customer service!

Why does this post office Not have a direct phone # ???? As when u called the 1800 # - all u get is the run around with this crazy automation system and no human being to talk to if your issue is not on there list.

Yes, very annoying. I've experienced this too. You have to know the name of your post office (i.e., Anderson Township or Nagel) to look up a local post office. Otherwise, for broader issues, you can go to the USPS Inspector General's web site: uspsoig.gov.

To change address on line, USPS charges $49.90. If I go to the PO branch, and do in person, do I still have to pay 49.90?

The USPS.com website only charges $1.15 for an online change of address request, but it is free to do in person at the Post Office.

Your package will be placed in a larger mailbox and the key to it will be placed in your mailbox.
