Be aware people , miami herald is using deceiving practices to get you to sign up. My offer was for 4 months digital paper for $4 but on the 3rd month they charged me $28.99 per month, when I complained they had the audacity to tell me the offer was for 2 months but I have prove to the contrary. In order to cancel the service it can only be done calling and be prepared to wait before they take your call.

I have been a subscriber for over 30 years. In the past three months o have had nothing but problems with my delivery. The paper is either not delivered or we get it ridiculous late, sometimes as late as 11:30AM. That is not acceptable and my numerous calls to customer service have fallen on deaf ears. They refuse to put somebody from management on the phone not have I ever received a call from the Herald nor the delivery supervisor. The only reason I do not cancel is because my 94 year old mother enjoys reading the paper. It is obvious that customer service is non existing in this organization. If there was a choice to rate with a negative number I would rate negative 10.

By far the worst customer service ever !! After subscribing and never receiving a single copy, tried complaining and canceling 3 different times only to be told I have to pay an over due balance. After paying twice and still not being able to cancel, keep in mind I have not received a single copy of the paper they put me on collections. What a joke !! Is this the only way the Miami Herald can make money these days ?? By fooling people ?? What a shame ! Subscribers bewere it's a TRAP not a subscription.

I have a delivery problem since the former guy left. We don't get the paper everyday I've to call all the time and when they bring it it's really late. We've been customers since 1976 and it's hard to go to the store every day to get the paper. What will take the Miami herald to fix this problem?

Yes. Miami Herald subscription customer service is horrendous. They deliver the paper when my subscription runs put then want me to pay for it! Amazingly stupid policy.

My delivery is the worse ever. I've missed 5 newspapers. When this subscription ends it will be my last. They don't care.
I want to get today's paper but everywhere I went this morning they only have tomorrow's why is that?
Im not sure, since they have been bought out by a company based in another state im not sure.
The only way you can get that is subpoena Miami-Dade rescues records you're not going to get that through the Miami Herald that restaurant was rebuilt and change the name I think you need an attorney
