Why do you have such terrible customer service for your subscription customers? The representatives, some of whom can barely speak English, are unable to explain anything and just say,"Don't worry, don't worry"!!!!!!!!

Yes. Miami Herald subscription customer service is horrendous. They deliver the paper when my subscription runs put then want me to pay for it! Amazingly stupid policy.

I agree it's horribleeeeeee. They get in your bank account when they want after cancelling. If you don't receive the paper for sure you won't get it. They can't speak English and customer service is in Colombia. Terrible. They keep calling. They are scamers

No paper again this morning,they don't give damn,deliver El Hearald,two papers a day in spanish,weak ink,don't pay decent wages so idiot delivery peope,urinate in driveway,Trump bashing,liberal,promote gay lifestyle.
