i did not receive my paper today. i want to make sure about tomorow.

I have a delivery problem since the former guy left. We don't get the paper everyday I've to call all the time and when they bring it it's really late. We've been customers since 1976 and it's hard to go to the store every day to get the paper. What will take the Miami herald to fix this problem?
