LAUNCH Trampoline Park Doral

I didn't like the way the place is organized. They have a huge area but they have just filled it with trampolines and that too just same pattern almost everywhere. Their two off the beat experiences, ninja and zipline, are pretty small and my kids got bored of them within minutes. I bought unrestricted access thinking that kids won't want to stop after just 2 hours. But I was wrong and repented spending extra for no reason. Plus the seating area for parents is pretty limited. So while kids are jumping around, parents may not find enough space to sit down and relax. There are far better places available at same price elsewhere which give you far more number of experiences.

We had our sons party here yesterday and we highly recommend them. The service was amazing and they really went above and beyond to cater to our needs and help with anything we needed. The rules kept the kids safe and I found the place to be very clean which is number 1 priority. Special thanks to Amaury for being a phenomenal host and I believe the other person that helped us with the party room and clean up was edgar. Both amazing employees and we are so grateful. The experience with Amaury specifically made us want to come back soon! Thank you launch!!!

The place provide good entertainment for the ones who wants to jump, however the food service needs improvement. I order 6 cheese breads. They gave the first order to someone else and the second time I complained it took 40 min to provide. I also would like to mention that the people who works there are responsible, professional and very attentive to the safety of the place. Hope they can improve the process!

Went there on a sunday evening, my kids had a blast!! The place was large , the staff was friendly and interacted in a positive way with them, the children are 4 and 6 by the way. Price is reasonable, and they just jumped and jumped to their hearts content. Later, we had credit and they played the arcade games. 5 dollars worth allowed them 5 games, very nice!! We enjoyed ourselves and I recommend this trampoline park.
