Worst customer service in any of the forever 21 stores. I was looking at some denim shorts and a girl named Fanny said the Denim are on promotion Bogo 50% off. So I proceeded to ask her about the shorts I was holding and she said the second pair are $10. So I picked two shorts and when she charged me they were regular price. I asked her about the Bogo and she said “ Oh let me call the manager to fix it” the manager comes and says oh it’s only the denim jeans. So I asked why did you tell me the shorts if that’s what you saw me holding and she replied I never said the shorts. So why did you call the manager to fix it??? The manager then decided to pretend she heard the conversation and defended the employee. Hello you are the manager, have you’ve been told not to argue with the customer!!! She wasn’t even there. Very unprofessional people working. Will never give Forever 21 a penny of my hard worked money anymore.

Amazing store! Great cashiers especially the blonde girl as well as the tall girl! they are so sweet. I am a regular in that store and they are always willing to help and always treat me with respect ! that is how it should be at a store. Great Job
