It's a very nice little place for tons of people to enjoy. This place has Beach with grilles and Picnic Pavillions. Boat/Kayak Ramp and Paddle Boards are of course welcome.Very very beautiful park to start your paddle board day with beautiful nature, crystal clear water with fish and of course our awesome Manatees. Park has a sand Volleyball Court and Bathrooms. Now for our kids, the staff just built a brand new playground. Playground and Walls on the beach are fully rebuilt. Awesome Park. P.S. it also have a pier/dock for small boats

Love going to Rogers Park! Wish parking was a little better on the weekends as everyone loves to go, especially during the Winter months to see the manatees. There is another park just down the road but it’s a little walk or kayak, whichever you prefer. We take our own kayaks, but rentals are available in several spots at the park. The small beach is perfect for kids who want to play around. Restrooms are available onsite. Paddling up Weeki Wachee River is wonderful, especially when manatees are around. The greater majority of them hover at the spring but you may see a few here and there. The Crystal clear water is beautiful and fun to stop and wade in. Fun time people watching!

I was skeptical because the water looked dark but it was surprisingly refreshing. The water was cold but felt amazing. There is a waterfront restaurant and you get to enjoy the music. You can kayak, boat, canoe and jet ski on the one side of the river not blocked off. The parking was decent. Only down fall was the bathroom was a little small so we didn’t change our clothes there. Outdoor shower on side of building was a plus though. There’s picnic tables, grills and benches.

Rogers park is free you just pay to park. To launch kayaks is differnt. If you want to rent kayaks you can from boating in florida , they are located behind the weeki wachee springs park.
