Tyson seriously rocks! Brought my vacuum in today right before they close and was expecting I would get a quote and pick it up another day. But Tyson was able to fix it real quick and said there’s no charge this time. What a wonderful experience!

It was a drive for me to get there but the service made the drive easy. The gentleman helping with just incredibly polity, patient and helpful. They were quick in diagnosis and very nicely laid your options out to you. It seemed they held a good stock of replacement parts and replacement units also. They have a small slip on a clipboard for you to fill out as you come in which has your details and the reason you are there for. The slip calls for the SN if you have it to make things go faster. It is a small place with a few chairs and demo units. The employees are typically working in the back but keep coming out after running diagnosis on the units before you and come out to update the owner. They have a sign posted saying the same so if you go in and no one is there, hang on someone will come out. Not that easy to catch from the road but the center is in the front of the building.

This was my first visit as my Dyson machine head stop moving. I walked in at 10:00 am sharp and my first impression was 10+ the place was very clean and organized. It does not look like a vacuum cleaner repair center. It looks more like a show room. In addition a guy by the name of Ivan took my machine to the back and came back in literally 5 minutes and gave my machine with a brand new head! He was very professional with a great positive attitude. I left the shop as happy as I could be, and very impressed with the service and the presentation of the place. I highly recommend the brand and the service speak by itself. I will give you 10 starts if the were available. Thanks again Ivan.
