Booking tells me time slot of 1-5pm Customer service told me I was wrong in booking my time slot that it should have been morning because pick up in my area is only for MORNINGS. ONLY!!! What's the point of your time slots if there is a fixed time for my area??

I used to like sending my boxes with this specific LBC. The ladies who work at the desk always seemed nice and honest when I interacted with them. I air shipped something very valuable (after one of the ladies inspected it, as per their air cargo rules) and it arrived in a reasonable time and completely safe. I sea shipped a box with one of the male employees but he didn’t put a sticker with paperwork on my box while I was on my way out, and I trusted him to finish. The ladies I could trust to finish. My box was clearly labeled, and he just needed to attach the paperwork. My trust is now gone. A box I shipped over a month ago has gone missing. Only one of the two I shipped arrived. It doesn’t make sense for one to arrive but not the other. Maybe it wasn’t him that messed it up or stole it, but in all of my years of helping my Lola pack LBC boxes as a child and now shipping my boxes as an adult, I had never experienced anyone loosing a box. I’ve now been to two LBC locations in the Bay Area who have either lost or opened and taken the contents of my boxes.

Cannot get hold of the people in the site. Its hard to deal with someone answering from call center than the location you are making business with! Waste of time calling and reaching out coz the call center agents couldnt help me with the problem! This is my last transaction!
