Customer service rating -- Not Satisfied...Time to get the car back on the road simply takes too long. Example: It will now take 3 days to repair 1 tire and place it back on my car. This does not measure up to the competition. Justification -- This is the second time this specific GoodYear location has not delivered on promised times of work. Specifics -- Tire dropped off late morning of Day 1. GY employee stated it would be done by end of Day 1. Action -- GY employee called me at the end of Day to to relay it wouldn't be done. GY employee promised to have it done by 10 am on Day 2. Day 2 -- No call from GY employee. I called GY and another employee relayed they didn't even know my tire was being worked. They promised to get it fixed and on by end of Day 2. Result: Tire fixed as promised, however, no time to put it back on the car. GY employee stated it would take about 1-2 hours of waiting. Store closes in less than the recommended wait time, forcing a Day 3. Store Reasoning -- Lack of personnel available to work Summary: GoodYear needs to take a closer look at their employment situation. This does not bode well for their future. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Making appointment is useless. Had an appointment at 1 pm they didn’t start looking at my car until after 4. What was the purpose of making an appointment days in advance? 2nd I went to get my brakes and rotors replaced, so why the guy that worked on my brakes had my hood open i don’t know. As I leave the shop maybe 10 mins later my car starts to overheat. That’s definitely not a coincidence and the only reason I called them back was to see if they noticed something due to my hood being up on a brake fix. They claimed my hood wasn’t open so at that point it was no use to even talk. I didn’t have pictures so it’s my word against theirs. My car has never overheated or came close to overheating and if the car was leaking coolant as bad as Firestone makes it seem no way I wouldn’t have noticed that before Good year got their hands on it. You bring a car that has never done something before and immediately after leaving its doing something just isn’t natural! End result $1400 in repairs for my coolant leaking from just about everywhere according to Firestone. I wouldn’t recommend this Good Year but if you use them try to know what’s going on with your car beforehand and if something don’t look right snap a pic.

Had my Ford Explorer towed to the center for a no-start condition. They checked out the entire charging system and found the starter to be bad. The starter was replaced at a super-reasonable price. This vehicle was brought there without any warning or appointment and they still managed to diagnose and fix it in 2 business days. I always get great service from here. Gina, Brian, Jeff and the entire staff are fantastic.

Brian the Service Manager was amazing!! He got me right in to repair my valve stem. There’s no way I would have gotten back safely to Wesley Chapel for my next home showing on time & safely without him. Amazing customer service. What a blessing today. Thank you So much Brian😊🚙

After watching a YouTube video of a 2006 Corvette battery getting changed. I would say "Yes, they would do it" After all, they are mechanics.
