I have been going there for a couple of years, and I have see, and met a lot of different people. Recently, they lost 2 of the good people, who did everything, and more to make the place nice, and clean, a friendly environment to go to, but were not getting treated very well. They have Breanna now, and she is super nice to everyone who goes there. She is always pleasant to me when I walk in. Why can’t everyone be friendly, smile, and courteous, instead of thinking they can treat people anyway they want to. The owners of the business should really watch who they are hiring as charge people. Other than that, beds are usually good, but lights should be changed more, because of the usage. I would recommend this place to anyone. If they keep losing people, I will change places.

I have been coming to this place for 3 years but recently I have been very disappointed. The face lamp in bed that I usually use hasn't been repaired in weeks. How to sunbathe in a solarium from the neck down without tanning your face? So last time I asked for a refund for the last month as the equipment wasn’t working. I also asked the owner to call me. Of course no one called and of course there is no refund. I’m looking for a new tanning salon and I don’t recommend this place at all !

I normally go to the oldsmar location because it’s near my work but I live up the street from Riverview location and went in today and my room had no towel on it lotion dried up all on the walls,floor, and the bed itself. The amount of lotion on the floor and walls is very noticeable and should have been already wiped up when they go to clean the bed.

I don’t frequently go, but every time I do go, the girls at this location are SO sweet! Britney and Mack always greet me like they’re one of my good friends. From the moment I walked in the door I felt nothing but comfortable, and I have NEVER felt judged or disrespected by any of the staff here. They do such a wonderful job keeping up the cleanliness of the salon, and they are always so sweet about explaining the wait times for sprays or beds being used. They get their clients in and out very quick (unless they’re chatting you up, which I love) and that’s exactly what I hit the tanning salon for! A quick and easy tan, and they deliver that, along with much more EVERY time! I’ve been to many South Beach locations, and none compare to this one, especially the girls!
