I have been a member of this gym for over 30 years. It is a small neighborhood facility with all the amenities I need. I am not a body builder, I take yoga classes and work on the machines yet I am safe and at home here. Brian and Lucy have cleaned and painted and renovated making it even better. The members here are an eclectic and friendly group of people and I highly recommend joining.

Best gym period; Now turned private club to limit the amount of members in the gym at a time to create a safer cleaner environment. Bryan who runs the gym is an amazing person and such a knowledgeable trainer. Newly remodeled, Good vibes, Great equipment, Definetly a level up and something different from the typical gym.
