From my initial phone call with Denise Cauthen to the final delivery of my ring designed by Robert Pellicia, the in-house designer, my experience with JR Dunn was nothing short of spectacular. In just 5 weeks, we met, agreed on a design that Robert was able to rough out in a quick sketch, based on my explanation of what I wanted. They used my own diamonds and created my dream ring which made for a VERY Merry Christmas! Everyone at JR Dunn is friendly, warm, the setting is bustling and exciting, but we felt treated like very important clients. Within a week I had a photo design from scratch, a 3-D printed version I could try on and with a few minor tweaks, my ring was ready to show off as a most cherished Christmas gift. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience, especially after a not-so-great experience with another area leading jeweler. I'm a JR Dunn customer from now on and happy to make the recommendation to other custom jewelry seekers.

A full servicing at our authorized Rolex service center takes approximately 3-5 weeks after an approved estimate on the work needed. Everything is done to Rolex standards by a certified Rolex technician.

No, they dont provide services for that brand. A jewelery and watch repair center can adust the band for you, it should not cost more than $10.00
We do not carry Pandora charms at the present time. We do however carry a large selections of other brands that create beautiful gift items in sterling silver like Gucci, John Hardy and Tacori as well. Thanks for your inquiry :)
