Best thing I ever did for myself! I feel fabulous!! Christina is the best instructor I have ever had! She is simply wonderful!! Knows how to rehabilitate any injury you have. She is fully certified, & works with many people who have limitations. You will be so happy with your results if you make this part of your life!!

I was in a lot of pain when first started and the benefits have being amazing...I cancel the surgical procedure and I feeling great I highly recommend this studio.

Yes you can :) The fee for individual classes are: Group class $30 Semi-private class $50 Private class $60
