Whoever was working pharmacy at midnight said they were hoping to get off soon and I would have to wait until the next person came in to fill the prescription. There was a car in front of us and he waited 15 minutes to even address the customer. But had time to get on the intercom and let us know the 1st lane was for COVID testing only.

Understaffed and very rude. People working behind the pharmacy don't have name tags and I understand why. It was 8:30PM on 7/7/2022. I asked the man if my wife's medication could be ready sooner then 2 hours since she was in a lot of pain. I put my wife on the phone speaker while she asked crying in pain and the man did not respond. I told the pharmacist my wife is in pain so that's why she is upset. He tells me if my wife was at a hospital she would have to wait four or more hours. I replied to the pharmacist that I didn't need him telling me an emergency room would be a 4 hour wait if we had gone to one instead. I told him I'm 54 and I don't need to be told how long a wait can be in the hospital. He was then quiet while he glared and wrote up the script. I returned to the CVS location 2 1/2 hours later with 2 people ahead of me since we never received the text message saying my wife's medication would be ready. We also called and nobody would pick up the phone. I ended up finally getting my wife's medication 11:30PM. I would strongly recommend transferring your medications to a different location and not a CVS location. CVS is simply understaffed and all the pressure ends up with the remaining 1-2 pharmacist. If CVS at this location stops understaffing there pharmacist I will change my review.

I’ll be changing to a different pharmacy for my meds Just cause it say 24hrs you’ll be dead before you can get some meds I’ve been with them for a while and it’s just b.s

As the other reviews have mentioned, the in-store customer experience is great, but they NEVER answer the phone at night. I've tried to call the pharmacy numerous times on multiple occasions. On my last call, I attempted to reach them via the provider hotline to no avail. Pharmacists should happily pick up the phones to answer questions, explain medications, etc...

U should call their Pharmacist n ask. Since there r different causes for leg cramps.
