Anglin's Fishing Pier

My group and I had a great time at Anglin’s Fishing Pier! We went during sunset and got some amazing pictures of our group and the pier! I highly recommend going if you have the chance! I know I will be returning in the future!

I walked from the Atlantic Hotel and Spa which was 4.5 miles away, 9 miles total!!! It was completely worth it! I tried the conch fritters and had iced tea to go with it. A simple meal/snack to get me back to the Hotel. I paid $2 to get access onto the pier and sat and ate there on a picnic table in the shade. Was nice. Then I walked down the pier and there were families and people fishing. Wish I had a pole to fish! There were pelicans flying around and the water was so beautiful, lots of people swimming and people snorkeling around the pier. I'd go back again to fish and try something else on the menu.

this fishing pier is known for catching pompanos. we went out around 1 am and a fishing guy caught one last night. the entry fees are $7 for adult fishing $2 for adult sightseeing. pompano rigs are $5, parking is $5 and a dozen clams are $8. use the rigged with fish bites topped with clams.

To those who are going to the Florida area I strongly suggest Dania Beach. The pier was close to where I was at but I didn't actually go to the fishing pier. However I could see it from my location to those who are looking for a relaxing time at the beach this is the beach for you there is an area for you to wash off and shower as for public restrooms where they were located. I used this beach to go snorkeling and it's truly beautiful there it's not too much riffraff and not too much of a loud crowd make sure you wear plenty of sunblock and bring plenty to drink to stay hydrated Maybe when I go back I will go to the fishing pier an experience that but this was by far my favorite vacation of this year! I love Dania Beach... Its a place to fall in love
