Yes they do. It comes with the bait as well. I don't remember exactly how much but I believe it was under $20 for my daughter and I. There is a deposit required for the pole but it isn't much at all. I think it was a $3 deposit you get back when you return the pole. I've been there twice and plan to go again this weekend.
Rod rentals are $18 ( comes with bait) all day/night.* plus a $10 deposit- is returned when rod and reel returned undamaged.
