HORRIBLE customer service yesterday on the beach. An umbrella was rented for the day however I was only able to stay until noon. I gave the umbrella to a friend I met on the beach and they took the umbrella from her stating that she needed to pay for the umbrella!!! I had paid for all day usage and should be able to let me friends use the umbrella especially if I am not going to be able to use it. Wow these people were very greedy and I was so disappointed in their service! I will never use them again!

Absolutely amazing. I have lived in Fort Lauderdale for 19 years now and I wish I knew about this company earlier. Extremely good rates for paddleboard rentals, and the best part is they deliver it to you! An absolute must for both tourists and long time residents.

Nice and friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Don't get a Groupon cause the owner loses money. She'll give you the same deal. If you haven't been paddle boarding before you may want to watch a few you tube videos. I've done it before but it was 10 times harder in the open ocean. You pay at the store location then it may take a while to find somewhere to park or you can walk the few blocks to the beach. You have a pretty large area where you can paddle around and the water isn't very deep but you are in the ocean so they give you a life jacket if you need it.
