Everyone has been so professional and friendly along the way and I am seeing significant results after just hitting the halfway mark in my treatment. The process is so simple, I wish I hadn’t taken so long to book! Highly recommend this medspa!

It was so hard to make appointment for botox (it is a lie for walk in are welcome). I had to wait at least for 4 weeks to get one. I can't even use my credit that I have leftover from the last time because they just rented a room for private nurse to do her own. She took care her payment directly to her own square payment. I don't mind that at all. However I spoke to whoever in charge. She told me that she called and informed me herself about how things changed (it was another lie) she was really insulted my intelligence by lied in front of my face that she spoke to me. I really don't want to go back there anymore so I requested to get a refund back form my stored credit. There was 4 people at the front desk but on one can help me. One of the girls said she will call me back in 24 hours(lied again). I called to follow-up after 24 hours. They said they will get back to me by the end of the day. Now nobody contacted me yet(lied again). What a shame how they handled this business. They were not professional and customer services were unexceptable. I heard bad things about this skintight medspa from my girls alot, but they were so nice not to write the reviews. I hope this will end soon! Abbie called back with her attitude after she saw the review. She said it's kind of my fault that I lost my credit and I did not have the same card number that's why they could not refund me. I am not the first one who leave them 1 star, and I won't be the last one if they still have bad customer services. We paid premium price and in the return we expected premium services! updated Abbie said she will mail me a check for refund, the check has never arrived ( 4 months). So I have to solve my problem by dispute the credit card. I was lucky one, not like my friend that she did credit through the skin tight med spa. She is still pay those credit and never return for service because she hate that place so bad. NEVER AGAIN!!!
