PIER IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION- IT'S A LONG PROCESS AND VERY EXPENSIVE. WE ARE CURRENTLY AWAITING ANOTHER PERMIT FROM US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS
It was as of late July, looks like a fair amount of work left, too. The shady part is not accessible.
