I really tried with this place, mostly because the UFC gym down the street is full of influencers, sugar babies and (almost) more plastic surgery than Bal Harbor. But to be kind, the photos you see that would entice you to come here are from the previous location and this location is very very small. Giving three stars due to customer service, available parking and I can’t begin to imagine what it’s like trying to keep a small business together during a pandemic in an area like this especially. Just not for me, if you have a job that allows you to work out during the day I’d give it a try.

Group training sessions are a set menu but the trainers always pay close attention to your form and sometimes even change up the exercise to fit what you need to make sure you get maximum benefit.

I used to go to this gym to work out. Their equipment was spotless and well-organized. I thanked the coach for assisting me in maintaining a physically fit body. He shows me how to work out properly.

To start off this review I’d like to recap our first and only encounter with this gym. My girlfriend and I visited this gym since we had just moved into the area. We entered the gym and stood at the front desk for 5min before anyone helped us inquire. Upon talking to the associate at the desk we decided to sign up. We were not informed that the following Monday they were moving gyms and would have to pay extra money to use a lesser facility down the street. We kindly asked for our money back because of this poor communication and was graciously granted it. Fast forward a month, I look at my bank account statements and see charges from the gym. I reached out to resolve this issue and was left with no response. Another month goes by with countless contacts yield no replies. To my surprise I was charged again. This gym is an absolute joke. The fact that I have yet to hear from anyone speaks volumes about the management and lack of attention to its clients that this gym has. I am beyond disappointed and will never recommend this gym to anyone. Still awaiting a reply, if this isn’t resolved the next call we be to a lawyer.
