THIS PEOPLE HAVE NO ODEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS… I was feeling sick after the sauna and this guy walks in screaming “you got 3 minutes” and closes the door of my shower like it’s prohibited to leave it open. While at the lockers he comes back in to scream again and two other guests looked at him astonished because of the attitude. Please check the CAMERAS. Then while leaving the girl looks at us “c’’mon guys, it’s seven minutes!” While looking mean as hell.Most uncomfortable experience in any gym I’ve visited. PS: NO HOT WATER FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS.

Great work out environment at this fitness studio. Small groups where everyone gets a personalized work out plan according to their needs and goals. The trainers are amazing. Very knowledgeable and great at motivating you to constantly push for more and do your best.

Worst administration ever, signature club? 🤣 🤣🤣 just the name. Bathrooms are disgusting always, there is not soap for hands and body most of the time. There are homeless living in the locker rooms, there are machines that have been out of service for months, 50% of the water dispensers are not working months ago, the temperature in the baths is insane, a good architect would know that type of glass shouldn’t be there, they had to be more creative to use another material. I’ll upload pics soon

Parking garage. They have a validation machine and as long as you're a member and you finish within two hours, it cost just $1.00. If not validated, parking for that same amount of time is $6.00.

They do have squat racks and dumbbells but not rougue boxes.
The parking garage is in the same place as Publix. So take your parking ticket with you and buy a banana in Publix or water bottle for the gym and they'll validate your parking

Good evening, I would like to write here that you have very little education posting negative comments in this way in all the places you have been, constructive criticism can be made, but always with a limit And not disrespectful like you do. Just tell you that to be able to criticize in the way you are doing it, first start working as they do and when you do it better than them, then you judge in that way. If you want a luxury service, pay for it nicely, on top of rude, rat... Prinero pays in conditions and then criticizes.
