Well, after the first day at Miami Strong gym I am here to leave my honest review! I only can tell you how much I regret not to knowing this place a year ago! The place is super clean, the staff is nice, the equipments are new and very well maintained, no single dust on the floors and guess what! they have air diffusers with nice smell in every corner! I am super impressed! The smoothy bar, a balcony with ocean breeze are the cherry on the top of the cake. Thanks Miami Strong Gym! Hoping to have this quality forever and to celebrate many many anniversaries with you in fit and healthy condition!

On the smaller end space wise, but with various and unique equipment that’s well placed and not overly crowded. Lots of dedicated and passionate staff and you can tell they take pride in keeping the gym clean. Convenient location with nice views to the bay. Also, there are many great trainers to choose from. Emmanuel did my initial evaluation. He’s very knowledgeable and would recommend.

This gym is definitely one of the best in Miami; their equipment and classes are great (I love the evening’s yoga on the balcony), it also has a beautiful view on the park and the bay. It’s never too crowded, you rarely have to wait for a machine, it’s very clean and the staff is really helpful and friendly! I really recommend it! Don’t look any further, you find the one!

Great gym! Highly recommend it. Very clean and organized. They have plenty of machines, very rarely you would have to wait for one. I have been a member at different clubs in the past, and have to say Miami Strong Gym has been the best so far. Definitely worth the investment. In addition, all the staff is very nice. I have been going now for 6 months and recently started training with Chris Ortega, he is amazing!! I love the results I have gotten so far and it has been only 12 weeks. I’m excited to continue to work with him. I also love the classes they have, restorative yoga is my favorite. I usually don’t write reviews but this one was very well deserved.
