If you looking for a place to get your workout done fast and efficiently OT is the perfect place for you. Its a high intensity workout based on your heart rate and let me tell you... the vibe is unforgettable!! The coaches are always hyping us up and taking us to our limit. With them I achieve goals that would never be possible if I were to workout by myself. At orange theory I learned to fall in the love with the process of becoming the very best version of myself everyday, and that you can always add that .1 .2 to improve your endurance. I feel at home in my studio and love to be part of such a great community♥️

I love Orange Theory Downtown. Not only are the workouts great, but the staff and coaches are super helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They do a great job of sanitizing in between sessions, and help motivate you towards your fitness goals.

Been a member of Orange Theory for a number of years and the organization as a whole is amazing. The concept and commitment is consistent no matter where you attend classes globally. The Downtown Miami location has great coaches and staff. Very clean, professional, spacious and lots of fun. The staff is very friendly and celebrates your successes with you. A great way to make your day better!

OTF in downtown Miami is my favorite gym I have ever been too. The staff is so friendly and welcoming especially Karen and Tiffany. The facilities are very clean and the staff does a great job following Covid guidelines. The workouts are intense and I love how the instructors really push you to be your best. Shoutout to Ana and Dez who are very energetic coaches and are super helpful to ensure you have the right form during the exercises. I have worked out in many different types of gyms but I am by far in the best shape of my life because of orange theory!! I also love that I can go to other locations while traveling so I never miss a workout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)
