Currently doing my “Invisalign” treatment which are not actually from the company Invisalign as they said during my consult. Every time I went for my appointment just to get my trays I had to wait 30+ minutes just to get the trays. They sold me the treatment under false pretense since I asked specifically for Invisalign. Now that I had to move out of the country for a job opportunity they just gave me a bag with the trays to basically continue the treatment on my own. When I went to a new dentist were I currently am they told me they can’t continue the treatment with me because they are not actually Invisalign they are from another company so they don’t have access to my records. It is extremely unprofessional when a patient’s trusted them and they sold me something for more the $5,000+ and it is not even the company they said they used. They are basically scamming patients. Now that I am almost done with my trays the results are not what I was promised my bottom teeth still look the same and the gap that the trays were supposed to closed it is not closed it is just lest noticeable. If you want to get Invisalign or any other treatment avoid them at all cost. They give appointment for what? Since the doctor is not going to treat you at the time he is supposed to. One time I had an appointment at 9:00 am and I got there in time and had to wait 40 minutes for the doctor to get to the office. If I could give them 0 stars I would
