Love this gym. Staff is nice, great assortment of workout stations and machines, a lot of classes you can take, and it doesn’t get overly full. The price is also very reasonable for what you get.

Love this gym in Downtown Miami. It's 100 times better than LA Fitness, which I'm also a member of. To start off, all the free weights are always organized and sorted. This makes for much more efficient workouts. You also have access to plenty of resistance and cardio equipment. On top of all this, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Would give the Downtown YMCA 10 stars if possible.

Yes! I just signed up to the gym today and they have Zumba classes at least 3 times a week. The schedule changes on a weekly basis though, so make sure to get the new schedule every week, at the front desk as you check in or on their website. Classes looked good, everyone seemed to be sweating and having a great time! They also have Yoga and Spinning, among other classes.
