I went in for breakfast, like many people do when they are in a rush and/or didn't have time to have it at home. It is not appealing to get inside a fast food franchise that has between 2 and 3 homeless people asking for money/food OR something else, standing "guard" at both entrances and exits. It really makes you think twice if it's really worth it getting in or just keep walking 1 more block to a different more friendly restaurant. Imagine this happening but at night? Really intimidating. Perhaps it would be nice for the manager to try to sort a way to help these less fortunate persons by providing them food that they werent able to sell (for instance, somebody ordered online but didn't picked up the order, instead of throwing it away you can give it to them), there are many ideas it can occur to me just to try to find a win-win situation in both providing a nice environment for people to come and eat but at the same time help these homeless persons. The food was very good, inside was very clean and neat but the experience it's a whole, not only the product. Everything matters. I'm sorry for the 1 star, but I'm being honest, I wouldn't come back to this store again, I'll avoid it and eat somewhere else. I hope Macdonalds will take action May blessings to you all.

Restaurant feel unsafe because there are several persons soliciting for money inside the restaurant... They come in and out for soda or to use the restrooms. Dining area is very comfortable and personnel is polite.

It was busy yesterday and so many orders were coming through and Keke made sure nothing was left off of my order and helped me out so much. My only suggestion is that someone stays in the lobby to continuously wipe down tables since there was so much. Keke made my day with her customer service and the whole staff kept cool and collected even though it was busy and there were so many orders.
