In drive thru for over 25 minutes with only 6 cars in line. Employee advised they are required to keep cars from ordering or entering the drive thru until the order is ready. She advised wait times are tied to their bonus. I canceled my mobile order and left hangry.

This is how our fries arrived when we ordered two.... I’m sorry but this was a horrible experience and we almost waited 30 minutes just for the food. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Worst Taco Bell ever, just plain flour tortillas without anything inside. Are the employees brain dead or (surely) on purpose? Definitely not worth it, and this location should be closed ASAP
