I craved to eat here again, but after my last visit I don't feel like returning back. The quality and service on my last visit was poor. I paid $13 for a little hamburger with the meat overcooked,and the fries were overly salty. I was disappointed with the experience.

food is good here and wait time is not bad. restuarant needs to be cleaner kept up on the inside and outside with the trash being left on the tables from the people that was there before eating. I have a dog but I would never bring a dog inside of a restuarnt as that is a health violation and hair from the animals could fly everywhere if they shake their body. This location is closer to where i live but I would travel further to go to a location that is cleaner to order and eat the food in the restuarant.

The food is good but not spectacular. The staff are friendly. It is expensive to eat here especially for a family of 2 or more. Each item on the menu is a la carte meaning there are no combos like in any other fast burger chain restaurant. This particular location is located in midtown which is very busy and difficult to find parking sometimes. Honestly, I would skip eating here.

Ordered online and arrived to pick up my food 5 minutes after the scheduled order completion time. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes before I received my online order. The staff appeared disorganized.
