I have been living at the Avenue for almost 2 years. Recently moved into a 2-2 with attached garage. Honestly, for the most part, it's been completely hassle free. The property is well-kept, and any issues are dealt with promptly. I've seen some reviews here about the attitude of some of the staff at the Avenue, and I am somewhat surprised because although they can be stern, they are fair, and at the end of the day they are on the side of the residents. The maintenance crew is a stand-out. I've never had to wait for more than a day for things to be taken care of. Mike and Brandon and the team and just exceptional. I recently had a small issue and they went above and beyond to correct it -- and in the end it turned out it wasn't even their fault. For new residents, I recommend grabbing a unit in 2, 4, or 6, if possible, since they are facing away from the highway.

The Avenue- not only an amazing place to live in but also a great place/company to work for. I found The Avenue when I was looking for an apartment community, I loved everything about The Avenue when I toured. From my tour, to the pool (loved), the apartment (spacious) and the customer service that was provided, it was different than any other communities I had experienced and also being in the industry I knew the customer service provided was special . I Genuinely loved living here and enjoyed all the amenities. Loved even more that I was able to be part of the staff and work with an amazing team who every day would put their best attitude to make sure the property ran smoothly and always gave their best customer service. To the Management, maintenance and leasing office- You guys ROCK!

Nick made my move extremely easy. The leasing team especially Nick was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions (and texts) and has continued to be there for me when I needed him. Which shows me they really care. Elvira was great helping me move in and walking me through everything step by step. Wonderful experience. The complex feels inviting and I look forward to living here relaxed and worry free
