my wife and I lived there for just 1 year we couldn’t wait to moved out because you paid $2300 for 1/1 bedroom there’s no Gate you just front of the street you worry about your life the people at the office are rude and only care about the rent money it takes forever for them for a Emergency maintenance and when we moved out they kept our deposit for 4months but when you applied they said the going to give it to you in 30 days after you moved out i had to let my lawyer know before they refunded me my money please go to another place where you pay for the service but they give it to you here you pay for for desrespect

warning ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️don’t go to that place and thank me later My name is Dwidjy I apllied to this community in April 2022 and for some reasons I didn’t Qualified but that’s not the issue when I applied I paid the application fee and the Holding fee $350 they said it’s refundable and today is August 16 2022 I never received my holding fee I went to the office more than twice I call the lady in the front was rude to me the two others said they helped they even call me said In 7 business days Im going to receive my refund until now every time I call the don’t even answer anymore and the last time I was there I saw a lady name Graciela she said she had the same problem and she said she come often she knows more than two families who have the same issues when they moved out they try to take your deposit don’t go to this community or you will regret it

Hello All, Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $30-$50 to live at a different community. This one is not worth it at all. I spent 4 years here. The second bainbridge property management took over the palms became terrible. The employees never answer the phone and only became nice once I decided to pay extra to break my lease. Look at google reviews most recent ones show that bainbridge is horrible. The maintenance staff are even worse. Best decision I made was breaking my lease and going somewhere else. Please for all of your sakes avoid this property at all costs
