All they want is money, be so careful!! Also very poor staff.I was”granted a scholarship” and towards the ends of classes my teachers ducked my messages about making up time on multiple platforms so I was not able to make up classes and I now have student loans even though I was granted a scholarship! Stay away!

Best school. Best expierense. They get you prepared for the hospital setting. Worth the money. I had Dr Israel, Mrs Early, Wendy and Jessie. Renee helped us so much. Even currently if we need help or have questions she's there for my husband and I who are both graduates. Seminita the owner is very caring and sweet. Miss you guys.

My experience with (bay area academy) I used lower case letters for the name of the school because I feel I had no help with employment, also when jobs were posted they said if you're interested feel free to send resumes to the school and they will assist students because they are affiliated with the companies. That never happened. The resume specialist did incomplete resumes for me more than once. I finished my program EKG Technician 2017 I am still not working. I went in again October 2018 to be assisted with resume still incomplete. I was prepared for a job fair in which bay area academy was to help me prepare for, again I was told I would be called to be assisted with the pre- employment They never got back to me until after it was over. Lots of students was unsuccessful in jobs. It helps to have your own resources and connections. If you have a great resume specialist in mind that could help to.

I took the weekend phlebotomy program with Ms. B. She is an amazing teacher and even though the weekend program was only 10 weekends I can say I learned all of the material necessary to become a licensed phlebotomy tech. Overall the program is worth every penny and it was very informing from the beginning to end on the process it takes to get your license.
