I had a wonderful experience with Anita and her shop when I visited San Francisco in August. Unfortunately one of the jade hoops I purchased broke after it dropped on the group. However, I emailed Anita and she diligently worked with me to coordinate delivering me a new replacement. I am so happy to have my earrings back again! :) Thank you Anita for your work and providing me with such a great experience to cherish the jewelry for a lifetime!

She provided a wide variety of diamonds and styles (and kept me educated on what to look for along the way) until we ultimately found the perfect stone. Her attention to detail was great and her willingness to spend time learning my budget and wants was great.

Claimed their jade jewelry were 14k gold. They lied, it’s not gold. No sign posted stating “NO REFUND” until you purchase the product where it stated on the receipt. The owner insinuated the problem was due to not using rubbing alcohol. Don’t purchase any gold in China Town. It is definitely a “RIP OFF”. I should have better sense! Such a rip off!!! I thought I was getting a real Jade bracelet with some 14k gold accents It was way overpriced and had to barter for a fair price. When I got home I did my research and not only was it not real jade according to the scratch test and color it was stamped 14 GC (gold coated) after I specifically told the owner that I wanted 14 k gold Not gold coated. I believed her backside it was so expensive. She basically lied to me and I believed her. I don't know how she sleeps at night. Now I don't even want to wear the overpriced item because of its bad energy😡 FAKE!!!
