I am a person that doesn’t usually right reviews often and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but what I can say is that the emergency care was great, but once I was admitted, I had a whole different experience. I noticed that the nurses don’t care about their patients (except for one, unfortunately I don’t remember her name rn). They didn’t even run all the tests they needed to run on me (blood work and a blood pressure exam) and it was crucial they did this because my blood work was showing that I had a heart issue. When the doctor came to see me the next day he asked me if I had my blood pressure exam done and I told him no. Also, I’m surprised nobody took my blood to compare the results and make sure. When you ask for something here, they’ll give it to you more than an hour later. My experience at Memorial is way different, I am never coming back here again.

I was impressed with my visit at the new HCA. Very well organized from front door to discharge. The staff was professional, cooperative and compassionate. A step forward for health care in Broward County.

If you care about your loved one avoid Gloria as your nurse in the icu... how she became a head nurse is mind boggling.. The lack of care and rough handling was sickening. If you don’t care about your job, please retire. Don’t try and do the bare minimum. Other nurses in the icu were fine.

Today I was at the hospital visiting my newborn baby and I was greeted by a woman who goes by the name (sherry -GUEST RELATIONS) before I went in to see him and after I left from the unit she greeted me with a pleasant conversation truth be told I was a little down she made me feel so much better great service I just want to say thank you you’re amazing As well I want to thank the nicu / labor and delivery staff for caring for me and my baby boy as well as the other babies they are amazing does a Phenomenal job every one deserve a raise they are always on there toes it doesn’t matter which baby it is they are going to make sure they attend to the babies even when I’m sad they always reassure me that they’re gonna do everything as possible to make sure my baby be OK rather there’s no promise but to give all the services they can and he’s been doing great with the help of them to my eyes so with that being said thank you From:Tamlyn Titan mom
