I stopped by to see Robin and take a tour of an apartment. I was concerned about not being able to take the tour because I had my two little dogs in the car. Robin greeted me and offered to take the dogs with us. She even offered to help by taking one of them by leash. My fur babies and I were so grateful for the assistance and for the thorough tour that I received. Thank you Robin for your kindness and hospitality!

Dear management do a favor to the residents and change the rude and rude and rudeness staff at the office. There is a manner and diplomacy when it comes to dialogs between people. I deleted the previous review when you stood me up with my son birthday and accepted your apology with baloons at my door But this time the rudness of Robin had no limits. Today my husbund asked for the gas propane to be filled as we plan a family BBQ tomorrow for the first time in 8 months.But there is no gas as always. Robin you don't deserve to be at the desk nor to interact with people. You're the rudest person I even interact to. You told me we asked for "to much" !!!! what did we asked for? My windows screens hasn't been changed due request since me moved in. The house is full of ants and I never address this, we had to live with. The bath tubs are peeling due excessive paint and much more. My husbund changes the air filters to minimize the calls to the office I barely disturbed you and you tell me we are asking for to much? And on the top you cannot promise that you can change a simple gas propane becouse your manager did not respond to your message and there is nothing you can do and on the top you know what she told me when I said then I better move? She said YES YOU BETTER MOVE! 8 months here i deserve respect as resident but you treat me as you're doing me a favor. You're doing your job to write inform show properties and that's all when comes to resident needs you ancourage to move out. And I will definitely I cannot stand rudness and I am not asking for to much actually I barely asked for anything. And the gas propane and facility is your responsibility to keep it ready for weekends in fact. This is inappropriate and unprofessional way to treat residents. And again we had to plan our BBQ to our friends next door community or send us to the beach as last time advise. And we asked for so little.
