What a surprise I had a very cool experience. It started rough I had ordered a new phone and the rep who put together the deal had left and anyway there was a bit of a bumpy start. The gentleman who created me at the door was gregarious and helpful to start but about 10 mins in we started talked about music and playing in bands then churches, then we had a great chat about all that’s great about worship and all that suffers the human ego. I mean we got right into it. Awesome conversation and relationship building and he never stopped being efficient and getting my new phone set up and getting me home! Had a great time and super happy with phone etc

She went far beyond what was required to complete our requests, treated my mother with respect and dignity and demonstrated the best customer care I have ever received from Verizon.
