This has been the worst experience after surgery... they gave me the third degree about what type of surgery I had. I didn't think they are allowed to ask you personal questions.. like if I'm bringing in a prescription and I been coming here why the hassle.. some people really do take they medication and not do other things with it. The ones who do has to suffer

Very rude and incompetent. I understand being understaffed but the rudeness is not needed. I don’t trust them one minute the meds are there next they are not. They are very lazy when comes to checking on stuff. I been put on hold so many times when my baby takes meds daily and they been had my prescription. If I wasn’t persistent I would still be waiting no sense of urgency. You should get a warm feeling from the people who are in control of your meds. What if it was missed wrong. They claim they are going to call no call backs. Every time the young lady answers the phone she gets upset when I ask for pharmacist. Then same no she just said magically changes. It be these neighborhoods that get treated the worst. They need training on being personable. It’s no reason I shouldn’t have known there was a recall especially since I had called and spoke to someone and they didn’t know until I pressed the issue. Then the promise of callbacks my daughter could’ve really got very sick. I pray she doesn’t get sick being how they didn’t want to fill the Prescription.
