The nicest folks!! What a treasure to have such knowledgeable and kind people in town. They take great care of me and my not-fancy bike.

Always friendly service here. George helped me with my popped tube, and explained that my particular rims and tires need less air than I realized. Really helpful and immediately took my bike in and took care of everything.

These guys are great! The bike market has been insane during the pandemic, I looked for a gravel bike for over a year. I've put my name on waitlists everywhere and they are the only shop you checked in with me and responded when they got stock. I was able to text with them and ask questions till one I liked came in. I finally picked up my bike yesterday and it's a fantastic fit for me. Their customer service was impeccable. Not only did they make me feel comfortable COVID safety wise, they helped me determine if it was a good fit with no pressure. George was fantastic- knowledgable and friendly, he helped me pick out the right locks and accessories so Im ready to go again. Never pressured me to buy anything, just made sure I had my needs met. Multiple team even members thanked me for being patient for so long and explained why there's such a wait for the bike type I wanted. Add in maintenance and warranty for life and the warm welcome to their family and it was a stellar experience start to finish. Can't recommend them enough.

Happened to have one of my worst luck days in a quite a while! Planning a huge bike trip today and both of my tires pop on the most minor of bumps! Quite unfortunate! While the shop did not have the size tires that I needed, they did have a really handy little patch kit for less than five dollars with tax! They had all the tools outside so I could do the job myself. The staff showed a willingness to help along the way, too. Thx!!

Thanks for asking. We are set up outside, in our parking lot. All transactions are socially distanced and we disinfect all bikes before and after test rides and servicing. We want to keep everyone safe, while getting you on the road.

Hey Tim, sorry to say, we don't sell scooters. Locally, I'd try Big5 sporting goods at Southshore. Good luck!

I am sure they can

Several years ago I bought a three wheel bicycle for my wife and she could never ride it so I gave it to a young handicap man and the chain keeps coming off. The bike is like new and has never been rode before. any idea why it keeps coming off?

It is normally because the chain is too lose. What sometimes helps (for a while) is losening the back wheel and just pulling it backwards to give the chain less movement

They are able to service my adult trike so I suspect they'd be able to help you. If they don't have the part I'm sure they can order it.
